According to what i have read.....There were 180 normally aspirated elans...these were the earliest models(around 1989)...Although rarer there still less sought after than the turbo versions...You can tell your sitting in one of these...1: theres an analogue clock instead of a boost gauge..2: no S.E badge on the boot...3: not quite got that blast of acceleration....(im sure only 130bhp???)..

There were 3885...S.E..Versions....thats the turbo...special equipment models..........English models have no cat..and sound pretty good..(165bhp)...

There were 800 S2's.im sure these are all 94/95 models...These have aircon..and catalytic converters 16" wheels galvanised wishbones and a slightly better roof..and were specially numbered...(cat and aircon steal 10bhp and a second of the 0.60 time...) 155bhp....
